Workout Routines

Choosing between workout routines can be confusing because there are so many to choose from. In addition, the best workout routine for someone else, may not be the best exercise program for you. That's the reason it's key to implement a program you like because you'll reach your goals fast.

Sometimes you have to dabble in different workouts to find one that suites your personality and lifestyle. Try to alternate workouts so that you are participating in full body workouts that build muscle and burn fat.

Once you find the perfect exercise plan, you should vary routines and workout programs from time to time so that your body doesn't get used to the exercises. Different workouts will do the following: increase muscle growth, promote core strength, ignite fat loss, increase strength, stimulate muscle building.

When your body becomes accustomed to your workout, you will cease the get the results you are seeking.

Whether you are performing a core full body workout, doing body strength and conditioning exercises, or body weight toning workouts, a good warm up is important.

Below are routines that you can consider based on the area you want to workout.

Exercise Routines & Full Body Workouts

Treadmill workout routine:  This is my favorite type of fat burning exercises. Just put on your favorite exercise music or you can watch television while running on the treadmill. You can lose 900 to 1500 calories by running 8 miles per hour. This is also one of those great at home workout routines. If you can't run a full hour, that's fine. 20 minutes workouts are fine. Over time you will increase strength and increase endurance.

Ab workout routine: There are several ab workouts you can use for strength and conditioning of your core. There's the vertical leg crunch that are famous for getting people a six pack. There's the crunch that most everyone uses, but to get the best results, vary the sit-up. For example, raise your leg in the air and then do your crunch set. Either workout routine are great flat stomach exercises. This is a free workout routine that you can do in your living room.

Stationary bike workout routine: The bike is a nice alternative to aerobic exercise because it's easy to use, as a motivator, you can watch TV while you workout, and their is a low injury risk to your knees and ankles. This is one of the great beginner workouts.

Bicycling: You can lose from 400 calories for one hour through biking leisurely in the neighborhood or in the park. However, if you want to lose more weight a high impact and intensity biking is what you need to lose 900 to 1000 calories in one hour.

Ball room dancing routine: This is perhaps the easiest and the most fun way to lose those unwanted pounds. Many women enjoy this activity because they do not feel they are exercising at all. Ball room dancing does not require you to get on buy exercise outfit. You can wear anything you want. With ball room dancing you will be able to shed off 200 to 300 calories in one hour. Ball room dancing serves as toning workout for the legs!

Jumping rope: For full body strength and conditioning, jump roping is the way to go. This is also an easy type of exercise that helps women and men to get in shape and have slimmer body. Approximately 700 to 1100 calories are burned with jumping rope. This is a high intensity at home workout routine.

Step aerobics. This is a modified form of aerobic exercise which use platform to step on, and next to running is one of my favorites. Step aerobics is design to intensify and give more impact to ordinary aerobics exercise which targets the legs, the hips and buttocks which are usually the problem areas for women. It is believed that you will lose 500 to 700 calories with step aerobics. One of the reason I like step aerobics is because you get a cardio program that offers lower body workouts such as sets of squats, thigh exercises, and triceps, bicep, and stomach conditioning.

To set the pounds, you should combine fat burning exercises with proper nutrition and supplements. A change in lifestyle is required to get the physique or perfect beach body that you desire.
